PASSAIC, NEW JERSEY – Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman announced a shooting that occurred in the area of 24 Martha Place in Passaic, New Jersey, on March 12. At approximately 10:35 p.m., members of the Passaic Police Department responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they located a potential crime scene and a 21-year-old male Passaic resident suffering from non-fatal gunshot wounds. The victim was immediately given aid and transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey, for treatment.
