Another winter storm is heading towards New Jersey Friday afternoon, and once again it's looking like another North Jersey special, with winter weather alerts issued in six northern counties: Bergen, Essex, Morris, Passaic, Sussex and Warren. Snow is expected to start falling in northern sections of the state this afternoon and continue on and off into Saturday morning, while plain rain is on tap for most of the state's central and southern counties. Some light snow could fall in those areas Saturday morning when temperatures drop.
