Districts in Passaic County have announced school closures and delayed openings for Tuesday, March 14 due to snow from a nasty nor'easter storm. Snow was expected to continue falling through the Tuesday morning commute in northwestern New Jersey. A winter storm warning was issued for four counties - Morris, Sussex, Warren and western Passaic. While much of the state was expected to be spared heavy snowfall, high winds gusting up to 45 mph remained a concern. Some areas may also see up to 2 inches of rain.
